Program description
WH Trucking Inc ("WH Trucking," "we," "us") operates an optional text messaging (SMS/MMS) program used solely for internal dispatch coordination between WH Trucking dispatch staff and WH Trucking drivers who choose to enroll. This program is not available to the general public and is not used for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes.
Messages sent through this program may include:
- Load status updates and pickup/delivery scheduling
- Route and dispatch coordination
- Photo attachments related to dispatch operations (proof of delivery, trailer condition, seal verification)
- Safety and emergency coordination messages
Enrollment is voluntary
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment, of receiving load assignments, or of any other service from WH Trucking Inc. Drivers may decline to enroll, and drivers who decline or later opt out receive the same work assignments and dispatch information by phone call. A driver may change this choice at any time.
How drivers opt in
Participants are limited to WH Trucking drivers and dispatch/safety staff. Enrollment is optional and is started by the driver.
To enroll, text START to (470) 999-6748 from your mobile phone. You will receive one confirmation message: "WH Trucking Inc: You are now enrolled in WH Trucking dispatch messaging. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out." Dispatch then adds your number to your dispatch thread. By texting START you agree to receive recurring dispatch SMS/MMS messages from WH Trucking Inc at the number you text from. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Drivers who prefer not to text, or who later reply STOP, receive the same work assignments and dispatch information by phone call. WH Trucking Inc also keeps a signed acknowledgment of the program in each driver's qualification file; that acknowledgment is a company record and is not required to enroll.

Opt-in, opt-out, and help
Replying STOP unsubscribes you from this messaging program immediately. Drivers who opt out continue to receive dispatch information by phone call; please let your dispatcher know so they can switch your contact method.
Data use and sharing
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third party.
Message content and delivery records (sender, timestamp, and message content, including attached photos) are retained by WH Trucking Inc for operational and recordkeeping purposes, including dispatch recordkeeping and carrier dispute documentation.
Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major U.S. wireless carriers; coverage and group messaging functionality may vary by carrier and device.
