Drivers and dispatch staff

7. SMS Messaging Program

WH Trucking Inc operates an optional text messaging (SMS/MMS) program used to coordinate dispatch operations between WH Trucking dispatch staff and WH Trucking drivers who choose to enroll. The program is used for operational purposes only: load status updates, scheduling and route coordination, and delivery-related photo attachments such as proof of delivery and trailer condition. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.

Enrollment is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment, of receiving load assignments, or of any other service from WH Trucking Inc. Drivers who decline or later opt out receive the same dispatch information by phone call.

Drivers enroll by signing a separate, optional Driver SMS Consent Form on which they choose YES to receive dispatch texts at the number they provide, or NO to be contacted by phone only. Message frequency varies based on dispatch and delivery activity. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third party.
